- Physical Document Verification
- Offer of Provisional Engagement after successful verification
- Pre-engagement formalities and prescribed 3-day basic training
- Verification of educational/caste/disability documents and antecedents

No written examination or CBT is specified as the selection basis in this notification. The merit list is prepared from the marks obtained in the Secondary School Examination (Class 10), with applicable conversion of grades/points.
Merit List / Marks Calculation
Candidates are shortlisted through a system-generated merit list. The merit is based on Class 10 Secondary School Examination marks aggregated into percentage up to 4 decimal places.
Where a marksheet contains actual marks, the marks obtained are considered. Candidates should not replace actual marks with grade/point values when marks are available.
Where only grades are provided, the system applies the prescribed conversion factor of 9.5.
| Grade | Grade Point | Multiplication Factor |
|---|---|---|
| A1 | 10 | 9.5 |
| A2 | 9 | 9.5 |
| B1 | 8 | 9.5 |
| B2 | 7 | 9.5 |
| C1 | 6 | 9.5 |
| C2 | 5 | 9.5 |
| D | 4 | 9.5 |
If CGPA is provided, the system calculates marks by multiplying CGPA by 9.5. Where both subject-wise grades and CGPA are available, the higher resulting marks are considered according to the notification.

- After selecting the Division, eligible posts are displayed based on community, age, PwD status and local language studied.
