Age Limit
Minimum: as per post — Maximum: as per University Service Rules (determined on the closing date 21.08.2026). Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per Haryana Govt. rules. Evidence of age: Matriculation certificate or equivalent.
Qualification
Clerk: Graduate from a recognized University (or Ex-Servicemen with pensionable service + 1st Class army certificate OR Graduate Certificate from Defence Services). Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit OR 10+2/BA/MA with Hindi. Must qualify SETC within probation period.
Staff Nurse: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (as per University norms).
Ayurvedic Pharmacist: UP-Vaidya / Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy.
All qualifications must be from a recognized University/Institution/Board. CGPA conversion norms must be followed.

Apply Process (Step-by-Step)
- Register Online at https://recruitment.skau.ac.in/nonteaching/ using PPP/Mobile Number.
- Fill the Online Application Form with all personal, educational, and category details.
- Pay the Application Fee via Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card as per your category.
- Download and Print the submitted application form.
- Sign Every Page of the printed application form.
- Upload the Signed Copy of the application form (scanned).
- Keep a Printout of the finally submitted form for future reference.
Important: The application process is complete only after uploading the duly signed copy. Merely paying fees is not sufficient.

Important Instructions
- Eligibility: Must be fulfilled on or before the closing date (21.08.2026). Certificates issued after closing date will not be accepted.
- No Change Allowed: After final submission, no modification in the application form will be permitted.
- Multiple Applications: If more than one application is submitted, only the last one will be considered.
- Admit Card: Will be issued online; no postal dispatch. Candidates must download from the portal.
- NOC: Mandatory for serving employees of Govt./PSU/Universities; otherwise candidature will be rejected.
- Signature Consistency: Signatures must match across all documents and attendance sheets; variation may lead to cancellation.
- Banned Items: Mobile phones (even switched off), smart watches, Bluetooth devices, cameras, etc. are strictly prohibited in the exam hall.
- Penalty: Unfair means, impersonation, false statements, tampered documents, or misbehavior will lead to disqualification and possible debarment.
- Withdrawal: No request for withdrawal of candidature will be entertained after application submission.
