Important Rules & Restrictions
- No Inter-Circle/Inter-State Transfer for Junior Associates (except Delhi-Lucknow & Mumbai Metro-Maharashtra)
- Current SBI clerical employees and resigned clerical employees are not eligible
- OBC candidates must belong to "Non-Creamy Layer"
- OBC certificate must be issued on or after 01.04.2026
- Candidates with adverse character/antecedents report are not eligible
- Biometric verification will be conducted at various stages
- No mobile phones, calculators, or communication devices allowed in exam hall
Local Language Proficiency Test
Candidates not having studied specified local language in 10th or 12th will have to appear for LLPT.
Pattern: Non-Verbal Test (15 questions, 15 marks) + Verbal Test (20 marks)
Important: Those who fail to qualify LLPT will not be offered appointment.
Trained SBI Apprentices
- Bonus Marks: 2.5% (5 marks out of 200) added to Main Exam score
- Eligibility: Engagement start date ≥ 01.01.2022, completed 1 year experience by 27.08.2026
- Must have passed skill evaluation test (Trade Test) and obtained Joint National Apprenticeship Certificate
Wait List
Up to 50% of vacancies (State-category wise) will be maintained as wait list. Valid for one year from final result declaration.

Brief Information
State Bank of India (SBI) has released a recruitment notification for the post of Trade Finance Officer in Middle Management Grade Scale - II (MMGS-II). A total of 100 regular vacancies (plus backlog) are available. Candidates with Graduation and mandatory IIBF Forex Operations certification, along with 2 years of Trade Finance experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank, are eligible to apply. Important Eligibility / Disqualification Points
