Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released a notification for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP SPL-XVI) for Specialist Officers (Scale I) posts in 11 participating Public Sector Banks for vacancies of 2027-28. Eligible candidates with degrees in IT, Agriculture, Law, HR, Marketing, or Hindi/Sanskrit can apply online from 01.07.2026 to 21.07.2026. The selection process includes Preliminary and Main online examinations followed by an interview.

  • Interview: 100 Marks (Qualifying: 40% for GEN/OBC/EWS, 35% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  • Final Selection Weightage: Main (80%) + Interview (20%)
