Government of Haryana announced Haryana Antyodaya Family Transport Scheme, known as Haryana HAPPY Yojana, was launched by Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar from Panchkula on Thursday, March 7. Interested individuals can easily apply online for the Haryana Happy Card Yojana 2024 through the official website https://ebooking.hrtransport.gov.in.
Happy Card Haryana Roadways Yojana Benefits And Features:
Travel up to 1,000 kilometers per year free of cost, allowed only in Haryana Roadways buses.
Under the Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Parivahan Yojana, Happy Cards will be issued for Antyodaya families.
Each Happy Card will provide free travel for up to 1,000 kilometers annually.
Beneficiaries need to pay a fee of ₹50 for the Happy Card, while the cost of the regular card will be ₹109, and an annual maintenance fee of ₹79 will also be charged by the government.
Under the Happy Scheme, beneficiaries will receive an annual subsidy of approximately ₹500 crore.
The implementation of this scheme by the Haryana government is estimated to cost around ₹600 crore
Beneficiaries are required to apply online for the Happy Card through the Family Identity Certificate
Haryana Happy Card Yojana Eligibility:
Residents with roots in Haryana can avail the benefits of this scheme.
The family’s annual income should be less than one lakh rupees.
Families falling under the Antyodaya category & BPL can avail the benefits of this scheme.
Income verification should be done through the Family Identity Certificate

On the home page, click on the option ‘Apply Happy Card'
Now enter Family ID Number & Captcha code and click on send OTP Button
Fill OTP received on your Family ID Linked mobile number & Submit
Check Your Family Details & Select members one by one by clicking on check box for Apply
Enter Mobile Number, Click on Send OTP, Enter OTP, Fill Aadhar Number, Click on send OTP, Enter OTP & Last Click on Apply Button
Now your HAPPY Card is Applied successfully, your receives a massage from Haryana Transport Department & See reference number on your profile
