- Multiple Applications: Only one post – multiple applications lead to rejection.
- Lower Grade Offer: Bank may offer one grade lower even if applied for higher grade.
- Experience: Only full-time permanent employment. Contract/Agency/Third-party not counted.
- Suppression of facts leads to termination at any stage.
- Jurisdiction: Courts at Mumbai only.
