Emoluments & Benefits
- Junior Executive & Secretary: ₹12.28 Lakhs CTC per annum (at minimum pay scale)
- Associate Executive: ₹17.11 Lakhs CTC per annum (at minimum pay scale)
- Additional: Dearness Allowance (IDA), HRA, Perks & Allowances, Retirement Benefits, Performance Related Pay
Apply Process
- Read detailed advertisement on BPCL website.
- Keep scanned copies of: DOB proof, educational marksheets & degree, work experience certificates (on letterhead with joining/separation, nature of work, salary), category certificate (if applicable), recent passport size photo (after April 2026), signature (not in capitals), last 3 salary slips.
- Visit BPCL website → Careers → Job Openings → "APPLY ONLINE".
- Register with name, contact, email → Note provisional registration number & password.
- Fill form, upload photo & signature, preview, and click "COMPLETE REGISTRATION".
- Pay application fees online (if applicable).
- Take printout of final submitted form and payment acknowledgment.
Note: No need to send hard copy to BPCL. Incomplete/wrong applications will be rejected.
Important Guidelines
- Only Indian Nationals eligible. All eligibility as on 01.04.2026.
- Percentage calculated on total marks of all semesters/years – no rounding off. CGPA to % requires university certificate.
- Experience counted after qualifying degree result date. Articleship/internship not counted.
- No change in category or application details allowed after submission.
- Multiple applications – latest one considered. False information leads to disqualification/termination.
- Canvassing in any form → candidature cancelled.
- Court jurisdiction: Mumbai.
- BPCL reserves right to cancel/modify recruitment process or not fill any post.
Medical Standards
- Pre-Employment Medical Examination mandatory for provisionally selected candidates.
- Company doctor's decision on fitness is final and binding.
- PwBD candidates must meet other physical standards except for the benchmarked disability.
