Selection Process & Skill Test Details
- Word Processing/Transcription Test: Dictation 100 w.p.m. (5 min) – Transcription on computer @20 w.p.m. Max 3% mistakes allowed. Merit based on this test.
- Spread Sheets Test: 10 marks (qualifying: min 4 marks), 10 min duration.
- Document verification of shortlisted candidates (SMS/Email).
- Final category-wise merit list.

Reservation / Relaxation Specific Conditions
- SC/ST/BC benefit only for candidates domiciled in Punjab, Haryana, UT Chandigarh with certificate issued by these states.
- BC candidates must not fall in creamy layer and submit Annexure I declaration.
- Ex-servicemen benefit only to the candidate themselves (not dependents); discharge book required.
- Only Lower Limb Disability ≥40% considered under reserved category; others with disability <40% or different disability treated as General.
- Regular Govt employees (not contract/ad-hoc) get age relaxation and must submit NOC (Annexure II).
