Educational Qualification
✅ Must have passed Matriculation (10th) examination with Punjabi as one of the subjects from a recognized board/institution.
✅ Mandatory Qualifying Test: Candidates must score a minimum of 50% marks in the Punjabi Language paper (Part A of the exam), which is of Matriculation standard. Failing this will lead to disqualification, regardless of marks in other sections.

Selection Process
- Written Examination (Objective Type - MCQ)
- Part A: Punjabi Language (Qualifying): Matric standard. Must score minimum 50% marks. Marks not counted for merit.
- Part B: Merit Determination: Subjects include General Knowledge, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, etc. Negative marking of 1/4 mark for each wrong answer.
- Document Verification / Counselling: Shortlisted candidates must produce all original certificates (Education, Domicile, Caste, PwD, ESM, etc.).
- Final Merit List: Prepared based solely on marks obtained in Part B. Valid for vacancies received up to 30.09.2026.
