Qualification & Experience
Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university with 60% marks (or equivalent grade).
Post Qualification Experience: Minimum one year of relevant experience in construction, renovation, maintenance, or electro-mechanical works for commercial/residential/institutional buildings.

Selection Process
Stage 1: Online Written Test (if applications are high)
- Part I: Reasoning (25 Q), English (25 Q), Quantitative Aptitude (50 Q)
- Part II: Professional Knowledge (50 Q – 100 marks)
- Negative marking: 1/4th per wrong answer
Stage 2: Personal Interview (50 marks)
Final Merit: Based on Professional Knowledge test + Interview marks.
Direct Interview: If applications are fewer, selection may be through interview only.

Indemnity Bond & CIBIL Requirement
Indemnity Bond: Selected candidates must serve the bank for 3 years. If they leave before 3 years, they must pay ₹3,00,000.
CIBIL Score: Minimum 681 or above at the time of joining (not required to apply; not applicable to candidates without a bank account).
