Age Limit (as per RCB norms)
Age relaxation permissible as per Govt. of India norms for reserved categories. No upper age limit for officers/staff members already working on a regular basis in the Centre.
Qualification & Experience

Important Terms & Conditions
- Probation period of 2 years for direct recruits (extendable).
- Pay & allowances as per 7th Pay Commission; benefits include NPS, Medical reimbursement, LTC.
- Experience counted only after obtaining minimum educational qualifications.
- Candidates in Central/State Govt./Autonomous Institution/PSU must produce NOC at the time of selection.
- Travel reimbursement for outstation SC/ST candidates as per rules.
- Reservation policy as per Govt of India norms for direct recruitment.
- Application fee non-refundable except for failed transactions (claim within 1 month after last date).
- In case of any deviation, RCB Recruitment Rules will be final.
- Any dispute subject to sole jurisdiction of courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
Deputation & Short-Term-Contract Terms
- Terms governed by standard Govt of India deputation norms.
- Selected officer may retain parent cadre pay + deputation allowance OR draw pay as per RCB level.
- No claim for promotion/absorption during deputation period.
- Departmental officers in direct line of promotion are not eligible for deputation.
