Age Limit (as on 01.04.2026)
Minimum: 21 years — Maximum: 30 years (i.e. born not earlier than 02.04.1996 and not later than 01.04.2005). Age relaxation as per government rules may be applicable for reserved categories as per LIC HFL policy.
Educational Qualification (as on 01.04.2026)
Graduate (minimum aggregate 55% marks) in any discipline from a University recognized by Govt. of India. Note: Correspondence / distance / part-time courses are NOT eligible. Computer literacy (Operating and working knowledge) is mandatory. Work experience preferred but not mandatory.
Percentage calculation: Total marks obtained ÷ aggregate maximum marks × 100. 54.99% treated as less than 55%. CGPA must be converted to percentage as per university norms.
