Brief Information
The Government of Haryana has invited online applications for the Saksham Yuva Scheme 2026 (Educated Youth Allowance and Honorarium Scheme). This initiative provides monthly financial assistance up to ₹9,500 to unemployed 12th pass, Graduate, and Post-Graduate youth of Haryana. Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a permanent Resident (Domicile) of Haryana.
- Registered in the Live Register of Employment Exchange.
- Family income must not exceed ₹3 Lakhs per year.
- Age Limit: 18-35 years (12th) and 21-35 years (Grad/PG).
- Must have passed 10+2 from a regular school in Haryana/Chandigarh.
- Not currently employed in any public or private sector.
New Mandatory Conditions
- Applicant's home must have a functional toilet.
- Family should not be a defaulter of Electricity or Cooperative Bank loans.
- No encroachment on public/panchayat land.
- Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) is mandatory for registration.
Apply Process (Step-by-Step)
- Register yourself on the HREX Portal first.
- Visit the official Saksham Portal.
- Click on "Free Registration" and choose your qualification level.
- Fill in Aadhaar, PPP ID, and Educational details.
- Upload required documents (Income, Domicile, Marksheets).
- Submit and take a printout. Submit hard copies to your District Employment Exchange within 15 days.
