AIIMS NORCET 10th Recruitment 2026 - Nursing Officer
Brief Information
The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has released notification No. 17/2026 for the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET) 10. Online applications are invited for the recruitment of Nursing Officer posts at Level 07 in the Pay Matrix (Pre-revised Pay Band-2 of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-), Group-B for AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS as per available vacancies. Candidates who hold a B.Sc. Nursing / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with relevant registration and experience (for GNM) are eligible to apply. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications through the official AIIMS website from 24.02.2026 to 16.03.2026.

Age Limit (as on 16th March 2026)
Minimum: 18 Years — Maximum: 30 Years (as per notification)
Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC (NCL): 3 years, PwD: 10 years (additional to category relaxation).
Qualification & Eligibility
Option 1: B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing
- From an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized Institute/University.
- Registered as Nurses & Midwife with State/Indian Nursing Council.
Option 2: B.Sc. (Post-Certificate) / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing
- From an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized Institute/University.
- Registered as Nurses & Midwife with State/Indian Nursing Council.
Option 3: Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM)
- From an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized Institute/Board/Council.
- Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State/Indian Nursing Council.
- Two Years' Experience in a minimum 50 bedded Hospital after acquiring the educational qualification (after completion of course, result declaration & registration).
