What is Ayushman Bharat Card?

Ayushman Bharat Yojana or National Health Protection Scheme is a program which aims to provide a service to create a healthy, capable and content new India. Presently it is running as a pilot project in Uttar Pradesh from 4 September 2018. It has two goals, one, creating a network of health and wellness infrastructure across the nation to deliver comprehensive primary healthcare services, and another is to provide insurance cover to at least 40 per cent of India's population which is majorly deprived of secondary and tertiary care services. This centrally sponsored flagship scheme aims to provide an annual health cover of up to Rs. 5 lakh to vulnerable 10 crore families (approximately 50 crore persons – 40% of country’s population) based on Socio Economic and Caste Census database.

National Health Authority

National Health Authority (NHA) is the apex body responsible for implementing India's flagship public health insurance/assurance scheme called "Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana" & has been entrusted with the role of designing strategy, building technological infrastructure and implementation of "Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission" to create a National Digital Health Eco-system. NHA is leading the implementation for Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) in coordination with different ministries/departments of the Government of India, State Governments, and private sector/civil society organizations.

4. A OTP (One Time Password) send on your mobile.
5. Fill the OTP and Submit.
6. Select your State.
7. Now select your search type (By Name, By HHID, By Ration Card and By Mobile Number)
8. Enter Your Details and click on botton search.

4. Enter your OTP (One Time Password)
5. After enter OTP click on Sing In botton.

7. Selecte Urban or Rural Area Type.
8. Now selecte your State, District, Block/Ward, Village/ward Number.
9. A list appear on your screen.
10. Check your name and get your details.
