Terms & Conditions of Deputation
- Term of Deputation: One year, extendable up to three years or till the posts are filled up on regular basis, whichever is earlier.
- Curtailment: The term of deputation can be curtailed even before the term fixed by the competent authority without assigning any reason.
- Applicable Regulations: All appointments on deputation shall be as per the Haryana State Pollution Control Board Service Regulations, 2021 and these Regulations shall be applicable to all employees appointed on deputation.
- Application Route: Eligible and suitable candidates must apply through their parent department. Applications must reach the office of HSPCB, C-11, Sector-6, Panchkula by 01.10.2026. Applications sent directly will not be entertained.
- Required Documents: Applications in prescribed proforma along with a certificate to the effect that they are clear from Vigilance angle, their integrity certificate, details of major/minor penalty imposed on them, and attested photocopies of their ACRs/APARs for the last 5 years must be forwarded to HSPCB, C-11, Sector-6, Panchkula by 01.10.2026.
