Age Limit
As per Haryana Government Rules and State Reservation Policy. Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
Qualification
Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications (BCA) / IT with 55% marks OR Three Years Diploma in Computer Application/IT from SBTE/University with 55% marks.
Option 2: 'A'/ 'B'/ 'C' Level course from DOE/NIELIT with 55% marks.
Note: Candidates with MCA/M.Tech from Distance Education/Part Time basis must have AICTE approval.

Selection Process
- Stage 1: Domain Knowledge Test (Computer-based MCQ) - Validity: 1 year
- Training: 1 Month / 50 hours (Minimum 75% attendance mandatory) - Fee: ₹1,500 (refundable)
- Stage 2: Practical/Project Test using MVC (Maximum 2 attempts)
- Merit Preparation: Equal weightage to both tests
- Panel Creation: On merit & reservation basis

Note: Issue date of reserved category documents must be prior to application date.
Important Rules
- One District Rule: One candidate can apply in only one district.
- Panel Validity: 2 years (extendable up to 5 years).
- No Guarantee: Clearing test does not guarantee placement.
- Re-application: Panel-selected candidates cannot apply again for 6 months.
- Training Attempts: Maximum 2 attempts for 2nd test per advertisement.
- Security Deposit: ₹1,500 refundable upon fulfilling conditions.
- Reservation: Only for bonafide Haryana residents with valid certificates.
- EWS Certificate: Only Haryana Government format accepted.
Ex-Servicemen (ESM) Reservation Priority
- Disabled ex-servicemen (physically fit for post)
- Family members of disabled ex-servicemen
- Other ex-servicemen eligible for reservation
- Family members of other ex-servicemen eligible for reservation
Note: Both reservations are horizontal. Disabled ESM selected against ESM post will not be counted against PwD post.
