Haryana Labour Copy Update 2026 - Registration / Renewal Online

Brief Information

Haryana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (HBOCWWB), Labour Department, Government of Haryana has updated the Labour Copy Registration and Renewal process for 2026. Due to strict verification and ongoing investigations against fake registrations, the Board has introduced Aadhaar Authentication, PPP Integration, Employer Verification, Sarpanch/Ward Verification and Worksite Photo requirements. Registered workers are eligible for various welfare schemes, pension, marriage assistance, education assistance, maternity benefits, tool purchase grants, house loans and death compensation.

• Should be engaged in Building and Construction Work.
• Should possess Aadhaar Card.
• Family ID (PPP) is preferred.
• Must have Employer Verification Certificate.

7. Upload Sarpanch/Ward Verification Form.
8. Application will be verified by the Department.
9. Labour Copy will be approved after successful verification.
