HSSC CET Group D 2026 - Online Registration
Brief Information
Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released a detailed notification for Common Eligibility Test (CET) for Group-D Posts 2026. The online registration process will commence from 19th June 2026. Candidates who have passed Matriculation (10th) with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subjects are eligible to apply. Total vacancies will be published separately. Age limit is 18-42 years as on closing date (relaxation as per rules). Age Limit
Minimum: 18 Years — Maximum: 42 Years as on closing date (03.07.2026).
Age Relaxation:
- SC/BC: 5 Years
- PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities): 10 Years (+5 years for SC/BC/EWS) — Total Max 52 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: Military service period + 3 years
- Widowed/Divorced/Unmarried Women: 5 Years
- Adhoc/Contract/Daily Wages Employees: Equal to completed years (Max 52 Years)
Qualification
For Group-D posts (except Sweeper, Chowkidar, Sweeper-cum-Chowkidar):
- Matriculation (10th) from recognized Board.
- Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matriculation as one of the subjects.
For Sweeper, Chowkidar, Sweeper-cum-Chowkidar:
- Should be able to read and write Hindi.

Reservation Categories
- DSC (Deprived Scheduled Castes) - 50% of SC quota
- OSC (Other Scheduled Castes) - 50% of SC quota
- BCA (Backward Class-A) - Non-Creamy Layer (Certificate issued on/after 01.04.2026)
- BCB (Backward Class-B) - Non-Creamy Layer (Certificate issued on/after 01.04.2026)
- EWS (Economically Weaker Section) - 10% (Income < ₹8 Lakh, Certificate on/after 01.04.2026)
- PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) - 4% (40%+ disability)
- ESM (Ex-Servicemen) - As per Haryana Government instructions
- DFF (Dependent of Freedom Fighters) - 2% against unfilled ESM/BC posts
- ESP (Eligible Sports Persons) - As per Haryana Sports Policy 2018
Note: Reservation benefits only for bonafide residents of Haryana State.

Note: Standard Rate: ₹1000. Fee once paid is non-refundable. Candidates who applied for CET Group C Advt. No. 1/2025 need not pay fee.
Selection Process
- Common Eligibility Test (CET) - Written Examination (100 marks, OMR based)
- Document Verification (Scrutiny of uploaded documents)
- Recommendation based on CET merit list
Note: There is no interview for Group-D posts. 100% weightage given to CET marks.
Apply Process
- Visit the designated portal: onetimegen.haryana.gov.in
- Register using Parivar Pehchan Number (PPN) or Aadhaar Number
- Fill all personal, educational, and category details in the online form
- Upload required scanned documents (Matric Certificate, Photo, Signature, Category certificates, etc.)
- Pay the application fee online (Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card)
- Submit the application and take a printout of the final submitted form
Note for Existing CET Candidates: Use the same Registration Number from CET Advt. No. 1/2022 or CET Advt. No. 1/2025.

- Scanned Copy of Matriculation Certificate
- Latest Coloured Photograph (White background, name & date clearly mentioned)
- Scanned Signature
- Haryana Bonafide Resident Certificate (for reserved categories)
- Category Certificate (DSC/OSC/BCA/BCB/EWS/ESM/PwBD etc.)
- Undertaking as per Annexure VIII
- Experience Certificate (if claiming age relaxation)
Important Notes
- CET Validity: 3 years from declaration of result
- No restriction on attempts - Candidates can reappear to improve marks
- Biometric verification mandatory - Mismatch will lead to cancellation
- Mobile phones & electronic devices strictly prohibited in examination hall
- PwBD candidates get compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour (total 35 minutes extra)
- Scribe facility available for eligible PwBD candidates
- No negative marking for wrong answers, but 1 mark deducted for unattempted questions
