General Qualification Requirements
- Minimum 50% marks in qualifying degree (varies by post)
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed from NCTE recognized institution
- Proficiency in teaching in English & Hindi medium
- Knowledge of Computer Application
- CTET/TET qualified (where applicable)
- Passing of AWES Online Screening Test (OST) within 2 years of appointment for TGT posts
