About HTET

To ensure that persons recruited as teachers possess the essential aptitude and ability to meet the challenges of teaching at Elementary, Secondary and Senior Secondary levels, one of the essential qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher in any of the schools recognized by the Department of School Education, Haryana and affiliated with the Board of School Education, Haryana is that he/she should pass the "𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭". ~ BOARD OF SCHOOL EDUCATION, HARYANA, BHIWANI

Eligiblity:

All individuals who possess minimum educational qualifications etc. as delineated in the service rules relating to the teachers of all 3 levels (available on the website of the School Education Department, Haryana (www.schooleducationharyana.gov.in) and also in these guidelines are eligible for the test (HTET) which will be conducted for the following three levels, 👇

➡️ Who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V (Primary Teacher) and fulfils the minimum qualification.

➡️ Who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII (TGT – Trained Graduate Teacher) and fulfils the minimum qualification.

➡️ Who intends to be a PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) and fulfills the minimum qualification.
